Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives, includingpromotions and product launches.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions, fostering positiverelationships with our audience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) to assess theeffectiveness of social media strategies.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure that all content adheres to the company’s brand voice and visual identity.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize oursocial media strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketinginitiatives.
    Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content strategies.
