We are hiring a Graphics Design Intern!
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design Support
● Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with our Senior Graphics Designer to develop visuals across
various media, ensuring all graphics align with brand guidelines and are cohesive across platforms.
● Social Media & Digital Marketing Assets: Design engaging and dynamic graphics for social media, website
banners, and email marketing campaigns to captivate and grow our online audience.
● Event & Promotional Material: Support the team in creating eye-catching posters, banners, and other
promotional assets that highlight our products and drive brand recognition.
2. Image Editing and Retouching
● Photo Enhancement: Edit, retouch, and optimize images to achieve high-quality visuals for digital platforms,
enhancing product appeal and brand identity.
● Consistency in Visuals: Ensure all edited imagery reflects brand consistency in tone, color, and style, delivering a
polished look across campaigns and platforms.
3. Branding and Visual Content Creation
● Brand-Aligned Design: Design projects that reflect each brand’s personality and values, contributing to
consistent and authentic brand visuals.
● Creative Brainstorming: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, unique ideas that push
creative boundaries and help us differentiate our brands in the market.’
4. Project and Asset Management
● Digital Library Organization: Assist in organizing our digital asset library, streamlining access to photos, videos,
and design resources to ensure team efficiency.
● Task Coordination: Collaborate with the Senior Designer to prioritize and organize design projects, helping
manage timelines and ensuring on-time delivery.
5. Digital Collaboration
● Cross-Team Synergy: Work with our content, marketing, and social media teams to develop visuals that
enhance storytelling, creating campaigns that resonate with our audience.
● Campaign Consistency: Align all visual content with the campaign narrative to deliver a cohesive, engaging
experience that reflects our brand’s story and values.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS;
1. Experience in graphic design or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital marketing.
4. Effective communication skills to interpret briefs and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
5. Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills, and time management.
6. Creative passion with an ability to translate ideas into visually captivating designs.
7. Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
8. A positive attitude with a proactive, can-do approach.
