Job Description

Are you an African filmmaker passionate about telling stories of nature and communities along wild rivers? Apply for the Expedition Filmmaking Workshop, a fully funded, paid 10-day workshop led by renowned mentors.

Key Details:

Dates & Locations:

  • February: Kavango, Namibia
  • April: Bangweulu Swamps, Zambia
  • May: Rugezi Marsh, Rwanda

Applications Open:

December 20th – January 20th (one process for all three cohorts).

Selection: 15 filmmakers (5 per cohort) will be chosen and notified of their assigned cohort.

This opportunity is open to all Africans, but applicants from Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe will be given preference.
