Qualifications
1. 2+ years experienced in digital marketing (real estate/finance a plus)
Fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics and Email platforms
2. Obsessed with KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
3. A master of both strategy and execution
4. Passionate about impact, ownership, and doing Whatever It Takes
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan & execute full-funnel digital campaigns
2. Grow engagement, leads, & conversions across social, search & email
3. Own performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC-you know the drill)
4. Build automation, segment audiences & personalize investor journeys
5. Work closely with brand, sales, and product to align content with goals
6. Drive real results. Not fluff.
