individual to manage our social media presence and ensure seamless order processing and customer fulfilment.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
• Experience with courier logistics.
• Customer service experience.
Creating & managing scroll-stopping content on Instagram & TikTok
Engaging with our online community (DMs, comments, queries)
Handling order processing & coordinating courier logistics
Bringing bold ideas to grow our brand and customer experience
