About Company
Lateral flow assays (LFAs) are widely used for the rapid detection of various analytes, ranging from infectious agents to drug metabolites, in clinical and research settings. The sensitivity and specificity of LFAs depend on multiple factors, including the design of the assay, the properties of the target analyte, and the performance of the detection system. Among these factors, the choice of detection reagents and their conjugation to the detection particles play a critical role in determining LFA performance. At Creative Diagnostics, our researchers focus on the use of gold particles as detection reagents and their conjugation to the target analyte, as well as the nitrocellulose membrane stripping technique for improving LFA sensitivity.
