About Candidate
I am a hardworking and intuitive person seeking job opportunities in animation and comics. I work well in groups, follow instructions and ensure I create the best possible product for my client. I care deeply for animation and comics as forms of art and want to help people tell their stories.
Location
Education
I studied 3d and 2d animation, graphic design, motion graphics, character design, editing, storyboarding and other skills. I learned to use programs like Maya and the Adobe suite.
While at Riara, I learned the principles of journalism, photography, critical thinking, project management and video production. I learned to write news reports, scripts and articles. I also created multiple video productions.
Work & Experience
I was in charge of developing the content that the app required. This included some animation, illustrations for picture books, editing book content and creating explainer videos for the site.
I designed the two playable leads of the mobile game 'Nairobbery'. I also created all their animations in-game.
During this internship, I was part of a team that wrote social media posts, managed communications between departments, and directly communicated updates and major events to news outlets.
