From March 2021 to August 2024, I worked as a Marketing Executive at Starkey (www.starkey.co.ke), where I developed and executed regional marketing strategies, managed product launches and positioning across East, Central, and West Africa, and implemented integrated online and offline brand management. I enhanced customer support initiatives to boost conversions and retention, managed the annual marketing budget with ROI reporting, and ran B2C and B2B education and awareness programs. I also provided digital marketing training for B2B customers, prepared marketing reports, and supported the CSR arm, Starkey Cares, by overseeing outreach programs and after-care services for beneficiaries.
