 Conducted and presented a customer satisfaction survey report, which consisted of gauging customers’ experiences, collecting feedback and noting improvements needed to be made.  Assisted in organizing the Took part in the planning of the global LINK AGM that took place in Mombasa from September 24th, 2023, to September 28th, 2023, by making brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
