KOYOTI CHRISPINE is a Kenyan filmmaker, Cinematographer, Up and Coming Producer and Director and a scriptwriter whose stories blend dark comedy, psychological realism, and cultural satire. His work captures the poetry of ordinary survival — where laughter masks trauma and truth hides in absurdity. His projects, including LEAK, Bedsitter Blues, The MAD House, and Silent Calling, explore class, mental health, and moral conflict with honesty and cinematic flair.
Koyoti’s writing speaks to the grit of Nairobi’s streets and the depth of human emotion — often wrapped in humor that hits harder than pain. Being a self-trained filmmaker, he’s written short films that have premiered in festivals such as; Kenya International Integration Festival [KIIFF] 2025, Frame By Frame Film Festival 2025 and a selection for production at KGill Tv. He believes film should move the heart and disturb the comfortable. His work mirrors real people, messy choices, and the quiet beauty of chaos.
