*Confirm and acknowledge receipt of cash from senior cashier. *Balance and surrender all transaction documents including cash daily • Capture all customers’ transactions correctly(100%) accuracy required • Report on duty by 8.00am daily • Generate all my end of day reports and file them in order • Activate and issue debit cards to customers • Ensure integrity is maintained in all operations • Being a team player and ensuring branch set targets are met • To ensure that all customers ‘enquiries and complaints are promptly addressed to the complete satisfaction of the customer and a record of action taken is maintained. • Disseminate correct and accurate information to customers on the bank products and services. • To hold branch key or combination but not both where applicable • Maintain register on accountable documents • Confirm cash at end of day and signing cash certificate register • Coordinate account opening for new and existing customers by undertaking correct procedures. • To perform any other duties as may be assigned by my supervisor from time to time.
