We are looking for a talented and creative Assistant Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing digital
content across various online platforms, with a focus on our key brands: KO (including KO Klub and Kraft
Room), 5.8, and our corporate brand AO. Your mission is to craft compelling content that resonates with our
target audience, optimize it for search engines and user experience, and oversee content distribution
strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires an organized and
proactive individual with experience in the digital space and good collaboration skills.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content with the Digital Manager and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Editing: Proofread and ensure content quality.
Design: Ideate and assist with visual content creation..
Content Calendar: Plan and schedule posts.
Engagement: Create interactive content and respond to feedback.
Analytics: Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Content Distribution: Share content across platforms and enhance user experience.
Collaboration: Work with teams to align content strategies.

Must Have Qualifications
1. Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles.
2. Strong understanding of content management systems, SEO principles, and digital marketing
strategies.
3. Good collaborative skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in using content creation and scheduling tools.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
9. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
