Over a 2-week intensive residency, 10 dynamic women entrepreneurs from across Kenya will gain hands-on training to sharpen their business strategy, leadership, and innovation skills within the film value chain.

But that’s not all — 5 outstanding participants will each receive seed funding of up to EUR 5,000 and be paired with industry mentors for ongoing support through to March 2026.

Our Mission

To empower and elevate Kenyan women leading creative ventures in the film industry — boosting their participation in above-the-line and value chain roles, and building a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable film ecosystem.

  • Talent Management
  • Logistics in Film
