We are looking for a results-driven Content Marketing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content that drives customer acquisition and sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, social media, email marketing, design, and SEO, with a strong understanding of how to craft compelling narratives that generate leads and move prospects down the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation for Sales Conversion:
- Develop compelling content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and ads that guide users through the buyer’s journey and boost conversion rates.
- Craft high-quality, persuasive copy for social media posts, website content, promotional materials, and product descriptions with clear CTAs.
- Design and create engaging visuals, infographics, and video content to enhance engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop customer-centric content that highlights pain points, showcases product benefits, and drives action.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility, traffic, and organic lead generation.
2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
- Develop segmented email lists and personalize messaging for targeted outreach.
- Use email automation tools to create drip campaigns, welcome sequences, and re-engagement workflows.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email layouts to optimize open and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions to refine email strategies.
3. Social Media Content & Engagement:
- Create and manage high-quality social media content that drives audience engagement and leads.
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness and conversions.
- Utilize social media channels to engage with followers, build community trust, and direct traffic to sales funnels.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust content strategies for maximum impact.
4. Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Use customer feedback and behavioral analytics to optimize content and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing and content trends to ensure innovative strategies.
5. Design & Visual Content Development:
- Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and marketing materials that align with brand identity.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
- Create on-brand visuals for social media, email, and website content to boost engagement.
6. Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work with sales, product, and design teams to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all digital channels, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to marketing reports and dashboards tracking content performance and sales-driven initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years in content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and social media management with a focus on conversion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to craft high-converting copy for different digital channels.
- Sales-Focused Mindset: Strong understanding of sales funnels, buyer psychology, and content-driven conversion optimization.
- Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to refine content strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and an eye for quality in content, design, and campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices to create content that ranks and drives organic traffic.
