About the Department

Deloitte East Africa has exponential growth ambitions. The Growth Office is the strategic business team that will assist in driving and supporting the Firm’s ambition. The team’s lens that will be used to assess where we focus our time on, will be across three pillars namely:

  • Clients and Industries (C&I);
  • Executive Relationships (ER); and
  • Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC).

Deloitte East Africa currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Growth Office Team as a Creative Design Analyst. This position will be based in our Nairobi office in Kenya but supporting the East African region.

Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will work on a series of exciting and challenging projects in the Growth Office. If you are a Creative Design professional who sees the world differently, finds opportunity where others do not, and keeps a pulse on the next big trends, then become our partner in growth.

What you will do

  • Brand and Creatives.
  • Develop strategy-driven visual content for proposals, presentations, and related business development documents.
  • Provide visual material for print and digital platforms.
  • Interact with different teams to understand their campaign and develop conceptual designs supporting the messaging strategy.
  • Multimedia Production.
  • Responsible for capturing moments and telling stories through images and videos.
  • Blend photography, imagery, infographics, text, and multimedia elements to create high-impact proposals and presentations that distinguish Deloitte in the marketplace.
  • Merchandise.
  • Manage merchandise distribution.
  • Engage and maintain a good relationship with vendors.
  • Offer support to the Brand, Marketing, and Communication function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Media, or Graphic Design and practical experience in the field.
  • Experience with Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools.
  • Experience in managing many projects at a go and an effective multi-tasker.
