Job Description
At 254 Brewing Co., we’re more than just a brewery—we’re a movement. We craft exceptional beers that celebrate Kenya’s vibrant culture and bold flavors, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketer to help us share our story far and wide.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
(Bonus) Optimize website performance through SEO, content marketing, and UX improvements.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI and prepare a monthly report.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to develop high-impact digital assets.
Engage with our online community and manage influencer/partner collaborations.
Stay ahead of digital trends to keep 254 Brewing Co. at the cutting edge of marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Strong content creation skills.
Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Solid understanding of SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).
Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

CRM & Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot,
Video Editing: CapCut and (Bonus) Adobe Premiere Pro
