What You’ll Learn and Do:

  1. Manage Social Media Pages:
    • Create and schedule engaging daily posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, following a pre-planned content calendar.
    • Help manage and maintain our company’s profiles across multiple social media platforms.
    • Learn to develop and implement strategies that boost engagement and grow followers.
    • Stay updated with social media trends and collaborate in adapting strategies to fit the latest developments.
  2. Create Engaging Content:
    • Design eye-catching visuals that showcase client testimonials, credit scores, and credit tips.
    • Learn to produce compelling newsletters and explore content creation tools like Canva and CapCut for video editing, especially for TikTok.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all content platforms, gaining real experience in brand management.
  3. Client Engagement and Interaction:
    • Develop your communication skills by responding to client inquiries and comments on social media promptly.
    • Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through social media interactions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media leads into clients, giving you valuable insight into customer relationship management.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate learner with an interest in marketing, communications, or related fields (pursuing a degree or recent graduate).
  • You’re creative, with a love for social media and a desire to grow your skills in digital content creation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ready to learn and master tools like Canva, CapCut, and other creative software.

Preferred Skills (Bonus if you have these!):

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Basic experience in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
