Graphic Designer [(Social Media & Digital Content)- Mastercraft

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop high-quality social
media content and digital visuals for our brand. The ideal candidate should have strong design
instincts, a good understanding of brand identity, and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and
professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design visually compelling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
and TikTok
 Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions
 Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
 Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms
 Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Tools:
 Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (essential)
 Canva (for quick-turnaround social media content)
 Adobe InDesign (for layouts, brochures, and digital publications)
 Figma or Adobe XD (for UI design or layout mockups)
 Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling
 Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies

An Added Advantage:
 Motion design skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
 Experience with mockup tools (e.g., Smartmockups, Artboard Studio)
 Photography or basic video editing skills for reels and stories
 Knowledge of branding and packaging design
