Inkomoko has 650+ staff in 40 offices across Chad, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan. Through Inkomoko’s 2030 strategic plan, we are adding 3 additional countries to serve more than 550,000 entrepreneurs and growing our $30M loan fund to impact 7M lives.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Multimedia Producer is a new position as part of our growth and we seek a creative and detail-oriented colleague to enhance Inkomoko’s digital storytelling. The ideal candidate is skilled in video production, photography, motion graphics, and web content updates, with a strong ability to create engaging multimedia content for digital platforms.
The Multimedia Producer will work closely with the Digital Media Manager and Campaign Manager to ensure a strong online presence, drive audience engagement, and keep our website visually dynamic and up to date. The main responsibilities are:
Video Production & Photography
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos showcasing Inkomoko’s impact, client stories, and key initiatives.
- Capture compelling photography for use across reports, campaigns, and digital content.
- Optimize video and photo content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Digital Content Creation
- Design motion graphics, infographics, and interactive visuals to support campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on creative assets for advocacy and marketing.
- Work with the Digital Manager to integrate multimedia elements into the website.
Social Media & Web Support
- Provide engaging multimedia content to enhance social media presence and drive audience engagement.
- Support the Digital Media Manager in optimizing website visuals and updating multimedia content.
- Assist in web content updates, ensuring accuracy, fresh visuals, and alignment with brand storytelling.
Trends & Performance Analysis
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to improve content strategy.
- Track engagement metrics and refine multimedia production based on performance data.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years experience in video production, photography, or digital media across East & West Africa.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling, digital media, and social impact.
