Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Marketing Strategy Development:

● Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that combine traditional and digital marketing approaches.

● Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Traditional Marketing:

● Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print, radio, television, and outdoor advertising.

● Coordinate marketing events like trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.

Digital Marketing:

● Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

● Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including website, blog, and social media platforms.

· Monitor and evaluate digital presence.

Campaign Management:

● Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to Management.

Communication and Brand Management:

· Communicate and respond to customers complaints, and on matters of public interest to maintain good public relations.

· Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across identified marketing channels.

· Timely response to public enquiries.

· Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Budget Management:

● Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization of resources.

● Track and prepare expenses and ROI reports for all marketing activities.

● Preparation of financial reports.

Team Management and Leadership:

· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

· Conduct and submit performance appraisals for the Sales and Marketing team.

Customer Engagement:

● Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

● Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and utilize customer feedback and insights to refine customer relationships and marketing strategies.

● Train team on customer service skills.

● Coordinate with heads of departments , and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to customer complaints, and in developing sustainable solutions.

Academic Qualifications:

● Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field,

● Certificate in Sales. . Marketing or proficiency digital marketing for non – business degree holders.

● Proficiency in computer, marketing software and tools, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.

Knowledge and Competencies:

● Digital marketing

● Knowledge and skills of current sales and marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

● Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills.

● Project management and organizational skills.

● Knowledge of water or oil drilling business an advantage

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
