Job Description

About the Company

We’re a coaching practice helping men and women heal childhood trauma through masculine and feminine energetic frameworks. Our mission: Healing marriages one individual at a time. We believe transformation happens when each person addresses their own wounds—not by fixing the relationship.

We offer three programs:

  • Six-month one-on-one coaching with bi-weekly sessions and customized fieldwork, guiding clients to recognize patterns like people-pleasing or controlling as expressions of wounded energy
  • Self-paced courses on polarity healing and nervous system regulation, with women gaining access to a female-only community
  • Our group coaching membership—the accessible entry point for new audiences and graduates of our upcoming book. Launched April 2025 with bi-weekly calls, hot seat coaching, 40 teaching videos, 2 signature courses, and weekly texts from our Founder. Already 50 members, growing to hundreds.

Our clients span the globe, typically in their 30s to 60s, and often come to us as a last resort after years of traditional therapy. They initially seek to “save their marriage” but soon discover the journey is about their own healing and taking radical personal responsibility for transformation.

We’re pioneering frameworks like “inverted marriage dynamic,” now adopted across the coaching community. Therapists and psychologists don’t just refer clients to us—they become clients themselves.

OUR COMPANY VALUESguide our team and shape our culture:

  • 💗Lead with Love: Begin with self-compassion and extend it outward
  • 🌱 Be Curious Before Critical: Approach challenges with openness rather than judgment
  • 👂 Practice Full Presence Listening: Give undivided attention to truly understand
  • 🌟 Seek the Lesson, Not the Loss: Find growth opportunities in every experience
  • ⚖️ Just Because I Can, Doesn’t Mean I Should: Exercise thoughtful restraint
  • 📚 Be a Learner, Not a Knower: Embrace continuous growth mindset
  • 💭 Share Wisdom, Not Advice: Offer perspective without imposing solutions
  • 🛡️ Take Nothing Personal: Recognize reactions often reveal others’ wounds, not your worth
  • 🤝 Celebrate and Mourn Together as One: Share authentically in both joys and sorrows
  • ⚡ Choose Action Over Anxiety: Transform worry into purposeful movement

We’re a fully remote organization headquartered in Tennessee (just outside Nashville). Our team of 4 includes 2 Founders who are partners in business, life, and love, a Client Experience Specialist based in Pakistan, and additional support for marketing and operations.

Our culture balances decisive action with thoughtful process – we’re ferocious about moving forward, taking risks, and being decisive (masculine energy), while honoring intuition, discernment, and alignment (feminine energy). We hold people accountable with grace, passion, love, and directness. We don’t micromanage, but we do expect radical personal responsibility and clear communication.

About the Role

We’re looking for a remote Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to turn social media conversations into healing journeys by guiding engaged followers into our group coaching membership.

In this role, you’ll monitor DMs and comments across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, building rapport that moves people toward enrollment. You’ll position group coaching as “your first step” for followers not financially qualified for one-on-one coaching. This isn’t customer service—it’s meeting people in their pain, validating their wounds, then respectfully challenging them toward transformation.

This part-time weekend role (Thursday-Monday, 4 hours daily) captures peak emotional activation when people are most ready for change. Our video CTA is “send me a DM,” making you the first human touchpoint on their healing journey. You’ll help scale from 50 members to hundreds, building brand awareness before they’re ready for higher-tier offerings.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3-5 years of community management, social media management, social copywriting, or digital marketing experience with fluency in emotional health vocabulary. You’re organized with a sales focus, platform-savvy with quick response times, and understand attribution tracking matters as much as conversions. Most importantly, you’ve done your own healing work—you recognize defensive reactions as wounded inner children, not character flaws. You validate first, challenge second, never combat. You understand that when someone vulnerable reaches out, your timely, compassionate response could be the turning point in their life.

Your performance will be measured by membership conversions, email and social growth, response quality (speed, tone, accuracy), and engagement attribution across all channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with both Founders and our Client Experience Specialist. This position reports directly to one of the Founders.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • DM & Comment Management: Monitor DMs and comments on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (5-10+ daily, more on weekends); respond with warmth, validation, and emotional intelligence; build rapport through authentic conversation; represent the Founder‘s voice by validating wounds first, then respectfully challenging limiting beliefs; manage defensive postures with curiosity, never combat.
  • Sales & Conversion: Position group coaching membership as “your first step” in healing; guide followers with the “I understand your frustration AND I’m challenging you to consider…” approach; convert interested followers to membership enrollment; offer lead magnet downsell for those not ready; distinguish when someone is financially qualified for one-on-one coaching vs. group membership; ask curious questions rather than give advice.
  • Social Listening & Outreach: Find trending conversations on owned platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and external channels (Reddit, Quora, emotional health forums); offer the company’s counterintuitive perspective on trending content; create value through thoughtful contributions; soft-lead engaged individuals to our channels, email list, and programs; expand reach to “feed the masses” before they’re ready for higher-tier offerings.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Track attribution for email signups, membership enrollments, and social follows; maintain organized records of engagement efforts; provide regular reporting on metrics; identify patterns in successful conversions to replicate what works.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in community management, social media management, social copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Exceptional English command for US/Canadian audience; ability to represent a distinct brand voice fluent in emotional health vocabulary (triggers, wounding, polarity, nervous system regulation)
  • Personal experience with therapy, coaching, or deep personal development—you see defensive reactions as wounding, not character flaws, and understand the vulnerability required to ask for help
  • Highly organized with sales focus; able to track multiple conversations, conversion events, and maintain quick response times across platforms
  • Savvy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with strong DM engagement capabilities
  • Ability to hold space without judgment, ask powerful questions rather than give advice, and maintain curiosity over combat
  • Timely, efficient, and dedicated with strong follow-through
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable with social media management tools
  • Alignment with our values and culture, especially leading with love and radical personal responsibility

Bonus if you also have:

  • Degree or formal training in psychology, counseling, therapy, social work, or emotional health
  • Sales experience (BDR/SDR or similar)
  • Portfolio demonstrating social copywriting and community management
  • Familiarity with energetic frameworks, polarity healing, or AI tools for social/copywriting
  • Experience with our tools: Canva, Kajabi, Skool/Circle, Facebook Groups, YouTube Creator Studio, Microsoft Office, Zoom

Position Details

  • Working Hours: Thursday-Monday, 4 hours daily between 8AM-12PM CST (Nashville time). Tuesday-Wednesday off. Adjusts with Daylight Saving Time.
  • Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week). Full availability required during scheduled hours; additional employment permitted outside this window up to 60 hours/week total workload.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred in psychology, counseling, therapy, social work, or related fields. Relevant certifications and personal development work also considered.
  • Level: Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant work experience)
  • Compensation: ~USD $440 – $680 (KES 55K – 85K) per month, based on experience. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor), meaning you’ll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
