Working at the heart of Kenya’s media and creative scene, we noticed the same pattern again and again. Organisations would come to us searching for talented creatives, skilled practitioners and fresh voices for their projects, events and discussions. Meanwhile, a vibrant community of capable people was actively looking for those very opportunities and finding them hard to come by.

This disconnect held everyone back: it narrowed who got seen, recycled the same familiar names, and left real talent and real potential on the table. We built the Opportunity Board to bridge that gap — a single, curated home where opportunity and talent meet.
