About me

I have been in the room when a creative’s business finally stopped overwhelming them.
When the project that kept running over finally crossed the finish line on time.
When the work moved from chaotic to organized and easy to follow.
When creativity time was freed by delegating some of the back end.
When a team of volunteers moved together.

That moment when structure meets creativity and the whole thing breathes is why I do this work.

I am Michelle, a Project & Operations Partner for creatives.

I have helped event producers, artists, designers and community builders build the systems, SOPs and processes that let their work run even when they stepped back.

When I am not at work, you will find me in art spaces, hand-making jewellery, getting lost in research, exploring or watching a really great film. One of my favourite books is Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson and I think Top Gun – Maverick is a very good action movie, I turned it into a class and learnt a few tricks on strategy and planning.
