Senior Creative Lead Full time. Nairobi, Kenya. D&R Impact is the development communications practice of D&R Studios. We help foundations, NGOs, and development programmes move audiences from insight to behaviour shift through strategy, storytelling, and rigorous measurement. THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Creative Lead to own the creative craft of the agency: the concepts, the design, and the visual and narrative quality of everything we put in front of a client. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Develop creative concepts that turn strategy and behaviour change objectives into memorable, effective ideas * Design and produce client ready work personally: pitches, proposals, and campaign assets * Build and own our presentation design system * Hold the creative quality bar across everything client facing * Present creative thinking directly in the room, helping us win the work APPLY: hr@dnrstudios.co.ke Use the subject line 'Senior Creative Lead'.
